About Lesson

Violet

It is a type “cold” energy. It is the ray with the greatest energy properties of the visible spectrum.

Its effects on the body: it stimulates the production of white blood cells, the bone and skeletal development. It optimizes also sodium-potassium relationship and fights disorders of poor lymphatic circulation, visibly reducing cellulite and localized fat.
