About Lesson

Measurements and photos

Take measurements when the customer is lying down. Take 3 measurements on the same area. Example:

Stomach: take a measurement at bellybutton level and with a dermographic marker mark the position of the centimeter at the sides, take a measurement 3 -4 cm above the bellybutton and a 3-4 cm below it.

At the end of the treatment, take the same measurements by placing the centimeter on the marks left previously.

As far as photos are concerned, always take the photos in the same position and from the same distance, possibly with the arms raised and on all sides (front, sides and back); be careful in using the same inclination of the phone/photo device.

It is recommended to take measurements and take pictures every 3 treatments.

We recommend using an application (e.g. photogrid), to compare the before and after in the same photo.
